Now what is this Labour Welfare

I know the amount they deducted for this is very less but my point is that why are they deducting if I do not want to pay any part of my salary. And the worst part is this time they have deducted 250% more than last year. When it comes to hike they are not even ready to give 10% which is bare minimum. But in terms of deductions and health insurance they easily increase it by 100% like it's normal.
