This has helped to stop the Indian talent drain Ppl used to go IIM IIT Only to get placed in USA
Ppl used to go to MS ro work there and earn and settle there eventually
So its a good decision

People who went to IIM and IIT are not going to impacted. As mostly they could be high skilled and may be working with top companies. So they could see their salaries decreased but definitely not going to be impacted. People who work with service based organisation such TCS, CTS, infy etc will be hugely impacted

Will that 100000 dollar fees applicable for renewal as well? Or only on new application. Although it seems all company are asking employees to come into US before 21

It impacts all new petitions and renewals. So people who has their petitions approved and got the stamp will not be affected. Employers asking employees to return to US ASAP just because they are not aware of any more rules which may be implemented by trump in coming days which may impact if you are outside of US even if if you have valid visa and petition approved

Onshore will return back. More offshore will increase. US projects - will take time to restructure & rethink. In between our indian mnc will do some layoffs. Probably after 6 months it's business as usual. But the coming 6 months are crucial. Ppl who are on project abide to TCS rules.
