Is this possible to get released sooner by getting release from project and be no unallocated more than 35days. So we could reduce 90days np.... somehow they call us for meet and they blame some nonsense allegation. They will threaden us to use resign or get fire with black mark. So we resign right? Somebody tell will this works
But release from project actually depends on your dependency and your manager as even HR won't do anything in the case well as they do with what your manager says...All you can do here is take as much leaves as they could leaving them no other option than releasing you from the project or else by preparing yourself by utilising first 2 months of your NP and applying the companies at 3rd month of your NP as I have seen here members discussing of getting rid from their NP clearly showing many of startups to MNCs of ones who can join within a month or 10 to 15 days in interns of joining to the work...Plan wisely and Go accordingly.. Wishing you best of luck for your career
Unfortunately that's not how capitalism works lolllll
