They are saying that Employees who are working from NON-ODC location needs to work from Odc location or they will be release from Project after 31May
This is project level bakchodi not a TCS global policy.

My Question is If they start releasing you on these petty issues... than who will do the project work?🙄🙄 Are associates not that important for a project ! ?? And what do they think that they can easily take any associate and train them according to project in a day or week ??? 😂😂😂😂
A new associate might know coding , might know testing... but he will need considerable amount of time to understand The flows and the repository.. I dont think this will happen on a massive scale.. Just to few whom project thinks are not working properly from other locations 😅😅😂🔴. ..

I dont think there is such non-usable type things are there in project(especially in my project), if any employee doesn’t work perfectly definitely they are getting release and also most of the seniors and architects are working from non odc locations,
then u can also continue
That's true. I am getting released from my project for same reason and worst part is that finding new project.
