Now I can't take it anymore

I am on PIP in tcs working in a project where manager and delivery head is supporting me but macho TL is stupid ...what should I do I want to switch not getting any interview calls 😭😭😭

No TL is outside India he doesn't know about my pip so he always pin points any issues ,...my manager is asking me to focus on my study and not worry about there review
