now I am ready to apply for jobs.when do you feel that

I am looking to switch right now after 3.8 years because everyone are doing it .

I need more money , but the thought of being perfect and knowing everything and only then I will be ready to apply for job is not working to me

How do you people apply for jobs . You learn everything and then start

Or you just network. Interogate and just do what they did . Fake resume and apply Learn it on the go or how

Please help.me

I was good at studies. Basically I sit in a class. I understand the subject and I write the exam . Not in my education life I felt pressured for exam

But reality is different. The people without actual depth knowledge in the subject are getting jobs . My question is how are you able to handle the questions if you have no hands-on experience

You are right about most people who are switching and getting high paying jobs have no in depth knowledge. Recently a friend of mine who knows zero python and is not good with sql, he switched and got a job as a azure data engineer with good hike.
He himself told me that the interview went really bad and the interviewer didn't even ask any tricky questions just the basic sql. He got the interview call because his current project is based on celonis data engineer role.

So all in all its all about LUCK and the first project you get straight after UG. It is the only thing that breaks or makes our career since everyone wants relevant experience in trending techs, no one cares about self learning or personal projects to shortlist the resume.

The only option is to lie on resume but again no youtube course can teach better than hands on experience. Fake it till you make it.

Let's do it. I'm gonna bravely attend interviews . If I have luck I get it . If not next one . Let's not fall into the trap of overworking . Since we have bit of skill we will be able to do it quick and save the time. Its gonna be a perk . But doing what others are doing to get a job we need to follow the same path.
