Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Resolve healthcare-related issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient and client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other departments to ensure issues are resolved.

Qualifications

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduation in any field.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, especially in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
• Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
