Trending @Accenture; November Variable Pay

Just got off the call with Manager about the rewards this cycle. Variable Pay is cut in half of what I received last May. Seems Accenture is forcing us out. Did you get yours?

In reward portal the latest statement is for 1 june 2025, so where to check?

It will get published once your lead releases it. Usually they will schedule a call with you to discuss on the same before releasing it unless your lead is inhumane (which is most of Accenture leads).

Bro same thing happened with me as well. In May got 14%, this time only 7.7%. Now in next May will get same 7.7% as same percent is carry forwarded to next cycle
