Notice period work outlook
Is it okay to stop working completely in notice period if my WITCH company exploited me by not giving hike for several years made me work like a donkey and I felt burnt out. I've made plan to never join this firm again.

i get wanting to burn the bridge on your way out, especially when they've wrung you dry. but the notice period isn't really for them, it's for your future self. they can withhold your relieving letter and full-and-final settlement, which makes your next onboarding a nightmare. don't give them a final reason to prove you were the problem. just do the bare minimum to get the paperwork you need to be free.
