Notice period work from home
Iam in my notice period i know recently updated policies of tcs according to that i don’t need any performance pay is it possible to stay at home or any action will be taken
Repeated violation of not maintaining 85% compliance in quarter is eligible for disciplinary action. I don't think notice period associate is affected.
I know many people who are doing wfh, city allowance is only getting deducted. I am also trying for switch.... Can you please tell me what's the hike you got and how is current market scenerio

It's totally depends on your manager man...If he is good you can do wfh...otherwise .....

Also, I think they are just bluffing, Let's wait till July Payslips, we will see how the variable pay comes out. Also will need to see if there are any deductions in monthly performance bonus or not
I am also on notice period , I believe wfo is mandatory for everyone, you never know they can delay in lwd
