Can any one suggest how long an employee is allowed to be on the bench when he is on notice.

Yes man, Hr will try to give you early release, you can deny it, its all on you.

I too wanted an early release ,HR is saying that it is not possible since there is a change in policy and no exceptions will not be made even for resources on bench.
