So, anyone on notice period who isn't following wfo got into trouble so far? i don't feel motivated to visit office anymore as summer is onsetting..

Yes. I had a warning call with the HR and Manager asking the reason.

I have not received any warning yet. I believe it all depends on your manager and HR. Also, there is a major dependency on me related to one of the upcoming critical project deliveries which might be a reason for no warning.
