Trending @Accenture; Notice Period under toxic environment

During notice period,what will happen if we say that we can work only for 9hrs irrespective of the responsibilities given. What will be the impact or actions they could take if we couldn't able to complete the work on time? Most of the days been mentally harrassed and getting frustrated before notice period.

Nothing will happen you just do the work calmly within the 9 hrs and if harrassed dont lift the calls or respond to messages post work time. Dont take leaves so they cannot have chance to extend your notice stating this reason.

No one can do anything. Just enjoy your notice period. Make sure you visit office once in a week

  1. Don't visit the office while raising an exit request , keep the RTO as a secondary reason for the safer side .
  2. Involve in work but not as much as before and tell your teammates that last 30 days You won't work

Record their conversation, if they are rude or harassing then record that call in your phone and have some proof so that you can fight,now that's not professional but we should have some proof for these types of people
