I am getting rejected by the potential companies because of my 1 month of notice period.
Can anyone please suggest the option/s which can be applied for the switch given the fact that the notice period is non-negotiable.

If companies are not considering 1 month NP then bro you are applying at wrong place or their priority is not you. 1 month NP is best case scenario.

Agree....15 to 45 days is what usually companies prefer You perfectly in...reason could something else

1 month is good enough. Keep trying. Mil jayega. We have placed people with 90 days notice period also. Stable companies want good employees and they don't care about how many days notice
