Trending @Accenture; Notice period sick leaves policy

My Manager is saying they can't allow sick leave during my notice period, with a doctor's prescription. Even for one day. Now i have seen this manager try to mend rules as per their convenience but still is it actually true? Or I should ask HR about this?

You can take CL or EL. It's allowed.

My Manager is saying you can't...do you know any policy which i can share with them and then talk on facts. If i simply go and talk they won't agree. I know more than you that would be their statement 🫠
