Notice Period -Sick Leaves-Maximum?
Hi All...I am serving notice and still one month is left. I wanted to know the maximum number of sick leaves I can take. Suppose if I have not attended the office whether that will be considered as sick leave even though I have work done that day. So my team is saying that if I took more sick leaves then it might increase my Last Working Day like that they are saying.
Even they are giving some unnecessary work which is taking a lot of time. I am unable to concentrate on other works as well
Sick leaves are the one which can’t extend LWD if taken. You can take as many as you need but taking it continuously will need medical documents. So make sure you follow the sick leave policies and avail it wisely.
Which company are you joining and how did you negotiated on notice period?
Talk to your supervisor and manager and act as per his instructions
I have around 20 sick leaves remaining and the team is saying that I can't take those sick leaves and maximum of 2-3 is allowed during notice Period
