Notice period RTO?

I've put down my papers due to personal family issues and knee injury? But my manager is so harsh and rude that she wants me to come to adibatla for 5 days even in my notice period? Can I ignore her? Will it effect my Notice period?

You won't get relieving or experience letter if you don't follow your Manager's orders..Suggest you to learn obedience and be surrender to your Manager

Oh you yourself are a manager? Do you think people who report to you are slaves? If the manager has balls, ask him to say that on record. One complaint to the proper authorities and he himself will have to look for a new job.

Apply for 6 months of leave without pay. State your medical reason. I think after 90 or 60 days you can resign in a day.

In notice period u can take the sick leave. It won't affect the notice period. So take leave with medical docs and once come back request HR for WFH.....

In notice period only leave u can take is sick leave. But u need to follow current rule that >3 days means u need to submit docs

Write an email to your Manager cc HR - due to medical condition I'm taking WFH with medical certificate and hospital summary as attachment.

Know your rights and state labour laws. In telangana you can resign and serve 15 days notice period. The company has to honour your resignation and give you relieving letter.

But Corporate TCS won't care they just want their employees to full fill RTO. To hell with their personal and medical problems.
