Trending @Infosys; Notice period related query

Hi All,

Currently I have an offer from a startup company I want to join that. The requirement is of an immediate joiner. Is there anyway that I can skip the notice period and leave Infosys? Could you please suggest any idea. If possible can we talk to the HR and get released post resignation
