Can we reduce our notice period from 90 to 60 days using buyout or EL
For buyout / using earned leaves , does anyone need to approve that or once we put resignation do we have option ?

6moYes you do. Talk to HR (always remember to drop an email 'As discussed ...') after your conversation, then the job will be done. But yeah, HR should answer those questions.
