Notice period reduced
Hi mates , I am serving a notice period and trying my luck outside , Today project HR called me and said I will be releasing a month earlier than my actual LWD, I don't have any offer at this moment , now i have only 15 days left. How to deal with the situation. I am confident I will get an offer if everything goes as I planned considering actual LWD .WHAT do u suggest in this .
Remember your actual reason why you put down your papers without a job offer . If you have taken a decision that important then I don’t think you should give a second thought as to the release date.
I would suggest to put down in your job portals everywhere that you will be available immediately.
That should give you more interviews
Did you resign without any offer in hand? Market is not good at the moment. You can request the HR to keep actual LWD itself but it will depend on their discretion. Or else you can withdraw your resignation.
