What happens if you leave without even serving the notice period?

Usually in accenture its very difficult to get buyout. Only possibility is to get into bench and ask for early exit. Having said that if you are already serving notice period then it depends on the ur DU and HR. But max to max they can reduce 1 week to 10 days.

same doubt..can someone please address this ?

I am already trying to follow the same, HR is stating they are looking into it even after sharing all the medical prescriptions and medical certificate.
