Hi All,
I have my resignation on 2nd May and since I was on bench since last October I asked for early release and they gave me updated last working day for 15th May and i submitted my laptop and all at my base location. Today I got a mail saying I owe the company 91k only then they will give me my PF access and all other things . Please help the delivery manager himself gave me the approval now what to do to get my final settlement?
Before asking for an early release, did you ask them, do i need to pay any extra amount if I ask for an early release?
I have also got early release and my LWD was on 17th may, did not faced any such things. Did you check your release date on the separation panel ?
Yes yes separation date was updated by my HRBp to 15th and I checked that myself
If you have received any joining bonus and if you are leaving infosys before completion of 1 year then they will ask to pay some amount. Otherwise I am not sure why exactly they are asking for money

If you are on Bench then how early you can get released?

The entire miscellaneous is for my unserved notice period of 78 days. I did receive I mail saying I owe something but when I sent the mail to HRBP she told L2 will get auto approved on LWD
Did you try to check for what you owe to the company , any damages in laptop, any asset..for what thing they have asked to pay to 91k..and minimum period to stay in infy or bond which you leave early on that Basis??
The approval for the early release that you got from your manager,
- Was it verbal or via mail?
- If it was via mail, was it mentioned in the mail that no extra payment needs to be done from your end?
