Notice period question
Hi all, Just a question. I have applied planned leave for 7 days for june month. This leave I applied in April and got approved. Now I got an offer from other company and I put paper yesterday and HR gave last working day as August 1st. Did hr missed that I will be in 7 days leave in June or it was approved before putting paper so they dint consider that leave to extend NP?. I just want to be clear so that in the end they don't extend LWD. And I don't wanna ask them also.

Check the india earned vacation policy and the india separation policy in hr policy hub. I don't think you can avail earned vacation leaves during NP.
Yes but HR dint include this in LWD. So my question was did HR missed this or it was approved before resigning so they dint count ?
