Trending @Capgemini; Notice period query

I want to put down my paper. I have several offers which are in pipeline but they want me to join within 20-30 days. If I put down the paper will they give early release to me. I am on bench and there is no dependency at all from last few years I can say. If someone has negotiated to notice period please do mention it.

No chances . I am having neuro damage in one of the brain vein i asked for the early release to start the treatment. They asked me to stay in home for 90days . In last working day come to office and submit the asset thet are telling like this .
