I want to know, Does Accenture actually negotiate notice periods during hiring, or is it strictly enforced?
Got a call from a recruiter today saying they’re only considering candidates with a 60-day notice period.
Irony is, their own organization has a 90-day notice policy.
This mismatch is becoming standard across the industry. Companies expect flexibility from candidates but don’t reflect the same internally.
