Notice Period Queries

If my notice period is going to end in the next to next week, is it required to go to office for RTO complains. I worried of my management may increase notice period saying you not available. I seen some of my colleagues who serving notice period and not visiting office mostly.

No nothing to worry, all you need to goto office just to submit your laptop.thats it.

No need to go. They cannot extend you Np beyond 3 months

I would say if u r able to go then plz go to office. Recently one of my collegue who is serving notice period was asked by HR to come to office.
