I’m an Accenture employee. I have put down papers today and need quick clarity.
Do we need any approvals for notice period payout/buyout? Is it manager-dependent?
I’ve received a good offer (100% hike) and need to join by 20 Jan (~30 days). How feasible is early release at Accenture?
If early release isn’t possible, is it usually okay to request an extension from the next HR?
Any insights from personal experience would really help. Thanks!

Yes, early release requires approval from DU lead and HR. You can tell your people lead that you need early release. As well as, when raising exit request, please put separation date as earlier LWD.

Years of experience and ctc?? Theses PPL in Accenture would never agree of early release
