Trending @Capgemini; Notice period once candidate exceeds bench policy time.

Hello All..I am b2 grade employee and have been on bench for the last two months in CIS BU.As per most of the people max bench policy for b2 employee is 3 months.My question is if I exceed the bench policy will they ask me to resign and relieve me immediately or will they allow me to serve notice period.If yes how many months of notice period?
