Notice Period on bench ?

What is the notice period one needs to serve if he’s on bench ? Do RMG release them in a month or do they need to serve 3 months ?

No separation policies got changed max 1 week they released from TCS.
One of my friend got same.

Really ? I mean if one is on bench and then he resigns they will release him 1 week?

Notice period on bench? It's 3 months. RMG might release you earlier, but don't count on it. Always prepare for the full 90 days.
