Notice period on Bench

Notice period on Bench Can anyone tell me wht will be the notice period on bench. am getting released from my project after 6 mnths of continuOUS request from my manager. Once i got released want to try for another company and join that. Some say the notice period will 30 days on bench and some say it is still 90 what is actual truth and how can we know thta information if needed who shud i approach.
