Notice period negotiation

Hi guys.. I need to know about negotiating the notice period in TCS. Is there anyway to do that when if i got an immediate joining job offer. Please clarify😊

If you are on bench then you can get immediate release. But if you are allocated to project, if you have any dependency or billable position then it will be difficult to get early release. But still you can negotiate it will depend on your project manager and HR.

💯 if you are part of any project and if you do even decent work in your project, they wont release before 90 days.
