
Notice period negotiation

I have recently got an opportunity in another company with a 140 percentage hike, but the have given a joining letter of 15 th July, Hr of future company said that they can wait till 30th July and no more
Tcs last working day is 8th Aug. I am asking them to make it 30th July but they said , no no no you have serve notice period of 90 days
I don't want to miss the golden opportunity.
Genuine suggestion will be very helpful In my career anyone who is hr at manager level or who went through this please help me with this.

Sadly there is no other way.. Only your MANAGER can help here and get you release from current a/c then RMG will have no option but to allow early seperation.

Just pay RMG a bribe, they are hungry for money
