Notice Period Negotiable?
I'll be joining Deloitte USI next month. In the offer letter, the notice period is mentioned 90 days. I'm worried that this will create a problem when I will eventually plan to switch.
Should I talk to the HR about it? Do they negotiate that? If not, will it create problems later?
PS: I'm a fresher

No HR entertains such requests (reduction in notice period fixed by Management)
Why will they do it for you? It's a private sector organisation/firm.
You don't like their policies, don't join.
Join KPMG Global Services if you need only 2 months notice period.
