Notice period leaves
I have 31 sick leaves that I want to use all of them before I leave. How can I do it provided I have only 2 months left to serve.
I want to use all of those without any issues.
Please let me know any tips.
Better get early release
My manager is a psycho, who would ask for a prescription even for one day sick leave. Early release is out of scope. The best thing I can do right now is to use up all my sick leaves not more than 2 consecutive days. Just wanted to know if it will extend my notice period.

This is not true. You can check the policy. It says you can only apply for sick leaves and in extension of LWD section it is written that any leaves taken will impact LWD.
I have seen it in my project. However this depends on project type and critical resources.
Will impact LWD, as per your description of the manager. Handover your work, KT & reduce your dependency. And ask for release or sit in ideal relaxation and focus on the future study most of the time ... as you handover your responsibility..
