Trending @Accenture; Notice Period Jugaad

I'm sick of this 90 days NP. Let's say if I put papers today and I tell the new company that LWD is 30 days from today. I know they will ask for email proof. What if I somehow change the email proof to change my LWD? Will the new company, before releasing the offer letter, during the background verification, call my current company and verify my last working day?

My plan is to get 1st offer which is valid for next 30 days and then get a counter offer before the 1st offer expires with a different date with joining date 60 days from the date I drop papers. If the second company asks for the 1st offer letter, I will modify the joining date (to 60th day of my NP) in that offer letter and show the second company.

What do you think of this approach?

BG verification usually happens after, not for notice period. You can proceed with the plan. But make sure you don’t mess with companies that you might want to join later on because there’s a cooling period.

Sounds a good plan.. they won’t do any check before releasing offer

Let them verify, they can only reject you at last moment, but if they dont do its a win win for you, so just show an email from your lead or someone
