Notice Period issues
Hii All,
I have attended an Interview at EY and they discussed salary and were happy with my profile.
But suddenly asked for a notice period and they are not fine with 90 days np. And also mentioned like there will be a client round on Monday.
They asked me to check for a max of 30 to 35 days and I need to join by April last week.
I asked them to send me an offer letter and I will discuss and make sure to join you after checking.
Please let me know how to get released from Tcs. I have been with tcs for the past 9 Years.
No boss. I am in bench for last one month,still they not releasing me..
It in decision of your manager whether they want to release you early or not
Chances are low of getting early release.
If you are in project. Nil chance and you have to serve 90 days notice period
No manager or HR will release you early until you have some medical condition which they both can't deny
