Notice Period issue for new calls

90% of recruiters are not going beyond initial screening when they hear 90 days notice period, Any suggestions please

Resign first and post 30 days of NP start actively looking for job. Previously, if couldnt find job recalling resignation was easier, now that's a chellenge. But still I suggest once put papers don't look back.

Only 1 way.risky,resign and try companies in np.If lucky u can get good calls or convinced with manager and possible for buy out or early release

True , after enquiring on NP, they asked if I am serving, I said no, they straight away said client can not wait for 90 days, seems a dead end

Same issue. I am not able to convince them even when I say that notice period is negotiable to 2 months. The HR directly says that "no we know tcs has 3 months NP. We can only move ahead if you are already on NP as we need peeps witn max 2 months NP"
