Notice period issue

I have resigned at TCS. Then HR called and told the LWD. When I asked if there is an option to reduce notice period, he said no buyout is there as per the policy. What should I do. What are the ways to get early release from TCS? Please help

There is option here, there is a silent layoff in TCS. It's better to buyout the notice period and move on. There is no point in staying there in a toxic environment and getting burnt out.rest is with you how you want to take it forward.

Yes. I got early release. If your in bench they giving in two weeks

Only option get release from project and ask RMG for buy out..
