Notice period issue

I have 90 days notice period but I got good offer from other company saying I need to join in 45 days. How to reduce my manager is telling can't help need to serve 90 days notice period.

Yeah , I reached out my manager for buyout they are telling it depends on BU and you can't be relieved without my replacement and his bgv, Client access and KT. This will only takes 3 months 🙂
