I got an offer from other company, for early release I lied my manager that I’m getting married in Jan 1st week and as now I don’t have any dependency also in my current project, I tried to convince him but he didn’t agree for early release and I think he caught me that I have lied.
Anyhow, he suggested me to go with Fake Medical Certificate and fake health issue so that leadership will consider it immediately and release you soon.
Will there be any consequences during verification of that certificate or in BGV from other company? Are there any chances to get caught? If I get caught what will be the consequences and will I get remark?
Please let me know your suggestions is it ok to proceed further and if anyone had left the company by keeping fake medical certificate.

There will not any BGV on medical things …..just they will change the last working day officially thats it nothing more will happen in this ……but one this make clear …..just check once again with your manager that you are going to get some fake medical certificate etc etc…if manger reveals thats it fake something to top management it’s will create problem for you ……so make sure your manager is true

Yeah that is true, so what if my new company calls my current company for BGV and the current company reveals that I got early release due to medical condition… My new company will have bad impression on me and I’ll have a remark right? It will be risky 😢

It hardly matters. All the top leadership and HR are well aware about these things, everybody whom you are negotiating are well aware that you have an another offer in hand. So just do what you can to get relieved early.

Better do a medical checkup blood test or psychiatrist test there you may find something and put that as reason, better than faking med doc now that he knows of your lie. Else double down on marriage

Yeah for sure, for current generation some or other health issue will come out if medical tests are done

I myself , working in big mnc , best than Accenture got 200 percent hike last year . No issue at all . Go ahead with false certificate, also inform your new firm hr that u r taking early release

Yes, on medical ground you can get early relieving. And if you are not on chargeable project than no one cares, they just need an solid excuse. For new company it hardly matters how you get relived from last organisation ( Definitely it should be on good books)
