Trending @Wipro; Notice period issue.

Do you know anyone who got release before 90days? How? I have tried everything but it seems it is a dictatorship and rules are made as per the politics and there is no integrity in the rules of Wipro.

Does wipro doesn’t allow any type of leave during notice period. You are not allowed to fall sick also.

Even after PM release HR can ask you to stay 90 day very difficult to get release early until unless you have very genuine issue

You cannot escape the notice period unless it falls in another quarter. I tried every possible thing to get released early. There is a policy of buy out still they are not agreeing to that. The only early you can get is 1st October.

Completely depends on PMs. HR will not hold if PM agrees.

HR seem to be too adamant that I need to serve 90days where I am not billed and in any project. My practice head has conveyed to me that he is okay reliving.
Don’t know what to believe

It completely depends on your L1 or L2 manager, If they agree to release early they can do.

I know one of my colleagues recently stayed one month where they are releasing him immediately. He showed some medical certificates to hr . Before that he spoke to pm . With the unity decision of pm and hr both are leaving.
