Hi guys, I am trying to switch from here. but the only problem i am having is the 90 days notice period. is it possible to negotiate to reduce the tenure with my project team on this or what can be done as an alternative. Please suggest.

If you have earned leave in your balance then you can ask HR for negotiating your notice period. Getting a release also depends on how critical you are in your project.
