Notice period issue

Hello folks

I have resigned TCS , i went new project recently but that current manager wants to released me early. If I come to bench and want to serve 90 days notice period is HR force to release me early without my concern? As per policy i can serve 90 days Notice period. But new organization not ready to join or joining bonus.

Please suggest.

Early release is generally not guaranteed. Some managers may agree to an early release if there is no dependency on your role, HR approval is also required. If you are on the bench, there might be a possibility for early release, but it is not assured. You may also consider a buyout option if your contract allows it.

Get to bench, once you are in bench and then in notice period, TCS will never keep for 3months Directly Talk to HR after getting into bench.

They will force you to take early release if you are on bench . I believe this is due to cost cutting , also they will save qva as well.
I was forced to take early release even I was not ready . When I raised concern they asked me to read seperation policy and yes , it is mentioned that they can release you anytime during NP.
