Notice Period Issue
I have 3.6 YOE in TCS, I was searching for jobs outside when I was in bench till for 2 months due to health issues I got released from the project, Then I joined a new project last month, as the HR and RMG was forcing me too take it.
But now I got a an offer of 9 LPA from a mid level company, but they want to me join within 30 days, here the project manager gave me allocation till sept 29th,
I asked for release from the project citing health issues with valid doctor reports ,but the manager is not providing release. So I dropped my resignation mail, and they accepted it , but they want me to serve full 90 days NP. The manager is threatening, and so is the HR, like extending LWD etc. They are also not providing WFH for my health reasons. Can I directly speak with his supervisor?
Can anyone help me solve the situation, I want to get released by atleast mid August. How to properly tell the new company this issue, people who have faced a similar issue, please help.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Talk with Delivery lead and HRBP... Don't say you got an offer and want an early release.. Tell them you can't continue because of health issue.. That's it!
HRBP is not helping, they align with manager only. They are saying the same thing release is in the hand of manager only. While the manager is not interested, he want me for this Quarter. Shall I directly approach the delivery head? Also can the last date be reduced, if I get release?
Yes, you can reach out to the delivery head..
But do not mention the offer thing anywhere.. stick to your health issue and say I can't even come to the office.
Since you have medical proofs you don't have to worry.
