can anyone tell, do a fresher having 1 year service agreement has to serve 3 months notice period if he resign within 1 year of joining (means service agreement breakage)?

Only one month you have to serve .This is applicable only if you are not in B1 band .Once you have completed 11 months and you will get B1 band after this you have to serve a 3 month notice period.

Check your offer letter if they have mentioned such. Notice period will be as per offer letter. The people who join after 2020 should serve 90 days of notice period
