Notice period in tcs?
If recruiter calls and asks for notice period should I tell 3 months ? Or say 15 days so that I can get interview? And then how to handle it later
Do not lie. It looks very bad.
Especially if you are not serving your NP and you lie. It ends up looking bad as the company sees you as a liar.
Just let them know the NP is 90 days but you have been told its "flexible" at the moment. That way you do highlight the actual to them and if you clear the organisation interview you can negotiate and try getting an early release.
However, in my exp unless you are working on niche tech and super good at it most organisations dont finalise a candidate unless they serving NP. It is too much wait for another company.
