Notice period in TCS

Hi, currently I am on bench and I had offer proposal and my background verification also completed but issue is I said them july 16 is last date but I haven't put papers I told them my manager want extend my notice upto aug 5 now they are thinking asked them to schedule HR they saying will schedule share last date mail from your manager,if I put papers will I get early release within 25 days, please suggest.
