Trending @Infosys; Notice period in PIP after resignation

Hi all,

I currently have a PIP and hence wondering if the notice period can be reduced to a month (from the usual 3 months) by the HR, once a resignation is submitted.

Are you on a project or bench? Is this PIP due to NI in previous project? My condition is similar. I got NI in previous project and got released. Joined this new project and now under PIP due to the same NI. Nevertheless I chose PIP and have completed around 45 days and 23 June is last day of PIP. Manager put decent review comments at end of 30 days. Let’s see what happens.
