PIP was initiated this month, and if I resign before completion of PIP, what is the length of notice period? I would like to serve full 90 days...

Full Notice Period 90 days

NP around 30 days

NP around 45-60 days

If you don't mind disclosing could you tell how did your manager turn against you.

Once you put resignation they cannot ask you to leave immediately. As per the company norms you have to serve 90 days but you can align with Manager & HR for early separation.

All depends on your manager...as per my understanding they give the 60 days task to complete

Ok. My current manager and project is good, I don't think he will change LWD, unless mentioned specifically by client. I prefer full 90 days notice, so that I can search alternatives.
