Trending @Infosys; Notice Period in Finacle

Anybody from the FINACLE or Edgeverve unit. Can we buy out the notice period here for the last 2 months? If I wanted to reduce it to 1 month from 3 months?

Reducing notice period totally depends on your manager. If you not have much dependency in your project, then you can get it. I have seen people relieved with in 15days of Resignation and few served 90days mandatory notice period in same project.

They assigned me to project. Finacle training I have completed. But that training is totally different than actual work . What I can do. Please tell?

Just stick to it you would get it soon. It's not different from others.

It depends on the Manager you got assigned to.. If you don't have any dependency regarding the product your team working on...you can negotiate Abo the notice period
